Emotional stress, anxiety, and fatigue are also significant triggers, as they cause the body to tighten muscles unconsciously, leading to discomfort and headaches. Additionally, factors such as dehydration, eye strain from excessive screen time, and poor sleep habits can contribute to the onset of tension headaches.
